3.1 Order Process

  • Once an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours.

3.2 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change.

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

  • All payments are final, except as outlined in our refund policy.

3.3 Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 12 business days from order confirmation.

  • An expedited service (3-day delivery) may be available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer one free revision if you are not satisfied with your song.

  • Additional revisions may be requested for a fee.

  • Revisions are limited to small adjustments, such as minor lyrical tweaks.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our service, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. However, if we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe, a partial refund may be considered.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All songs are custom-created for you, but we retain intellectual property rights over the AI-generated compositions.

  • Customers receive a personal use license, allowing them to enjoy and share their song on popular music streaming platforms but not to resell, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes.
